OUR CLINIC
Esea Clinic was born from the idea of creating a model plastic and hand surgery centre meeting the highest international standards. After many years of preparations, our centre was launched in downtown Thessaloniki.

LIPEDEMA MEGA LIPOSUCTION
A unique area in which we hyper-specialise is lipedema mega liposuction. Having the experience of thousands of surgeries under our belts and being part of the core of surgeons who have developed these surgeries, we are in a position to offer holistic treatment of the condition. We also specialise in other liposculpture surgeries that are less common in Greece, such as facial liposuction and liposculpture of the genitals.

Dr Apostolos Siafliakis successfully completed his studies in Greece in 2009. During his military service he undertook the medical management of the Thessaloniki branch of Doctors of the World. In 2011 he began his specialty training in surgery at the Bochum University Hospital in Germany, under world-renowned Professor Uhl and his team.
In 2013 he continued his specialty training in plastic and reconstructive surgery with numerous trainings at the largest plastic surgery clinics across Europe (Munich, Brussels, Paris, Prague, Nuremberg, Frankfurt, Leipzig, Kiel, Hanover, Magdeburg, Bonn), while also participating in dozens of conferences worldwide.
In 2018 he successfully completed his specialty training at Braunschweig Hospital’s Plastic Surgery Centre and undertook the clinic as a Consultant in the areas of microsurgery, liposculpture and post-bariatric surgery.
In 2019 he met Dr Von Lukowicz and joined the core of Lipocura. There, along with 3 more surgeons and the support of a team of over 20 individuals, they started their mega liposuction journey. They hyper-specialise in body sculpting and further develop the techniques of safe mega liposuction.
ΟDr Siafliakis has been working on the full operational treatment of lipedema for several years. He has thousands of surgeries in his portfolio and is one of the most experienced surgeons in Europe when it comes to lipedema surgery and mega liposuction (removal of more than 5000ml of pure fat), being a member of the team that developed these techniques and having written the most extensive reference study worldwide with more than 2000 mega liposuctions (reference year: 2023).
Two years later he decided to create a liposuction centre in Hanover, Germany, where he has been performing surgeries to this day.
After the birth of his son and having lived in Germany for over 12 years, in 2023 he decided to return home and open Esea Clinic in Thessaloniki.
